How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK. International delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 28-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all Essex Couture tags still attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimate apparel cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We provide specific measurements for our couture collections to ensure the perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for tailored pieces.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we process orders quickly. You can modify or cancel your order within 60 minutes of placement by contacting our customer service team. After this window, the order cannot be changed, but you may return it once received.
